RIC wire size replacement (in trial period)

1. Our RIC700 and RIC800 hearing aids are equipped with 4 sizes of RIC wires to fit different ear dimensions. The Size 3 wire is pre-installed as standard for most users.

2. Each package contains an ear sizing tool. If the current wire does not fit well, please use the tool to confirm the proper size and feel free to contact our support team.

3. Every customer is entitled to one time of free RIC wire replacement within the 100-day trial period after purchase, ensuring a comfortable and personalized fit.
