Got these hearing aids brand new in sealed packaging just like the listing said. Let me tell you, they're amazing! They pair right to my phone via Bluetooth using the YeaSound app, which lets me control everything - even adjusting each ear's volume separately (which is perfect since my right ear needs more help). I'm hearing sounds I haven't heard in years, like my car's turn signal - my wife doesn't have to nag me about leaving it on anymore! Charging couldn't be easier - just drop them into the little charging pod and they start juicing up. No fiddling with tiny cords. The pod itself charges the hearing aids about 8 times before it needs recharging, and when it does, you just plop it on the charger (uses USB-C, so no special cables needed). Everything from my phone plays right through the hearing aids when connected - phone calls, videos, you name it - no headphones required.
