Important: We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes so kindly provide a street address for delivery when placing an order.

How long does delivery take?

7-12 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.
International shipments may be subjected to customs duties and taxes and the shipping costs depend on the destination.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Where does Yeasound ship to?

Currently, we only deliver to the US addresses and cannot deliver to other areas outside the US. However, for special requests on orders outside of US, kindly contact our Customer Support team at supportcenter@yeasound.com and it shall be considered on a case-by-case basis on reasonable terms.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Under normal circumstances after the order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Upon that confirmation email, we will arrange for the delivery within 48 hours.
We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.
You will receive a notification via email with the tracking number after the product is shipped.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

For orders with more than one item, we will try to make sure that all your items reach you at the same time. Since different shipping options may be used, our products are not always sent out together in a single shipment.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

We cannot guarantee the shipping address can be changed after you receive the delivery confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that a processing fee of $50 might be charged by the shipping company for the change of delivery address.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Anker will not replace the order or issue a refund.

What steps should I take if my package is lost or stolen?

Confirm the shipping address on your order. Make sure to check on all doors and mailboxes, and/or ask your front desk attendant(s). If you are still unable to locate your package after 24 hours from receiving the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Support team at supportcenter@yeasound.com for assistance.

How should I proceed if my package arrives damaged?

If your package is damaged upon receiving, please contact our Customer Support team at supportcenter@yeasound.com within 24 hours for us to rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.
