Great for conversations
After receiving RIC800, I took the hearing test in the app, which automatically customized my hearing aids, and opted to apply a couple of suggested fine-tuning options. It took me more time to type this review than it did to set up my hearing aids! I’ve tested them in noisy office, as well as streaming podcasts and taking calls on my iPhone, and they work great!

The fit and comfort is very good for small ears. The design almost makes them unnoticeable and the Bluetooth feature is great for adjusting sound on the fly. These hearing aids come with #3 wires but I need the #1 wires. Yeasound shipped them out very quickly. Outstanding customer service!

Decent alternative to prescription hearing aids
I got this for my visiting grandma who was reluctant to bother with insurance, doctor visits and calibration. We were able to calibrate this with the provided app and internet search results. She noticed an improvement in hearing when it came to watching the TV or family conversations. These OTC aids actually convinced her to at least consider getting a hearing aid in her ears, so that's a huge win.
