1.1.1 Unsolicited Information
Depending on the service you select, we collect Unsolicited Personal Information from You when using the service.
• Questions Consulting. You may choose to inquire about the purchase of your products. If you choose, we may collect information regarding: your name, email, company name, country / region. In order to use this service, you will be required to provide the necessary information. It is up to you to decide whether or not to submit the information, but if you do not wish to do so, Yeasound will not be able to serve you.
1.2 We may use your personal data for the following purposes
1.2.1 In order to provide basic functionality of our services to you, we may collect the personal data required to be collected to enable us to perform those services. For example, in order to provide advisory services, we need to collect user name, email, description of requirements, etc.). Furthermore, we will endeavour to ensure that any irrelevant or redundant data is deleted or anonymised as soon as possible.

Please specifically note that
Cookies are deleted after 12 months of your consent. Connection logs (excluding service logs) are rolled over 12 months, and problems/errors are deleted over 24 months.
In order to comply with investigation requirements of relevant judicial authorities, user data necessary for your subscription and use of the services will be deleted 5 years after the last time you use the Yeasound website service.
VI. How you manage your personal data and your rights to your personal data
6.1 You shall ensure that all personal data submitted to us are accurate. Yeasound endeavours to maintain the accuracy and completeness of personal data and to update such data promptly. Where required by applicable law, you have the rights to control your personal data in the following ways

yeasound.com. Normally we respond to you within 30 days, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Depending on the complexity of your request, we may extend the term by an additional two months. In that case, we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it within 30 days of receiving your request. For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request. We may refuse to process a request if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the request is fraudulent, unenforceable or would violate another's privacy rights.
6.2 You have the right to revoke your authorization at any time where required by applicable law. Such revocation will not affect either the legality and effectiveness of any processing of your personal data by us on the basis of your authorization before such revocation, or impede our processing of your personal data by us on other appropriate bases of legitimacy. Please note that, depending on the scope of information that you authorize us to process, this may result in the inability to benefit you from Yeasound services.
VII. How we deal with minors' Personal Data
None of our services is intended for children, and we do not intentionally collect personal data from children without the consent of the child's parent or guardian. If you suspect that your child has provided us with personal data without your permission, please notify us at privacydata@yeasound.com. If you alert us to or if we become aware of the collection of personal data from a child, we will delete that data as soon as reasonably possible.
VIII. Third-party service providers
We may use third party service providers to assist us in carrying out the data processing tasks discussed in this Policy, including processing for encoding, storage and retrieval of data. Our service providers may include hosting/infrastructure/storage providers, payment service providers, analytical tools providers, customer support tools providers, marketing and e-mail providers. We prohibit third party service providers from selling personal data they receive from us and request that third party service providers use personal data only for the purpose of performing services mandated by Yeasound.
IX. Transmission and storage of your Personal Data
The global nature of Yeasound's operations means that the personal data collected by Yeasound may originate in any number of countries around the world, and be processed across different countries. These countries/regions may have different data protection laws. Personal data collected and generated while operating outside of the People's Republic of China will be stored on a server located in Paris, France. In such circumstances, we will take steps to ensure that the data we collect is processed in accordance with this statement and any requirements of applicable law.
